Kissho CAREN is a traditional hot spring inn located in Higashiizu, Shizuoka, where you can enjoy your stay in a new type of Japanese resort.
Treat your mind and body with relaxation in outdoor baths enveloped by the sky, sea, and greenery, as well as with ocean-view rooms, French-Japanese cuisine and the ultimate spa treatment.

Please feel free to enjoy free barley tea and sports drinks. During early evenings, we provide chilled tokoroten jelly, an Izu specialty, and a glass of beer or aloe juice per customer.

Thalassotherapy using seaweeds, sea mud, and sea water as well as natural camellia oil, which is a blessing from Izu Oshima, an island that is right in your view.

The sea right in front of you changes color according to the time of day. On sunny days, you can see the sunrise as well as to the fourth island of the seven islands of Izu, and during the night, you can see the starry sky and the moonlight reflecting on the water.
